2020 Symposium 6 CE Hours

Creating Extraordinary Client Service
and Culture to Sustain It

Meg Warner DVM MS Regional Business Consultant - Elanco

AM Session
No two clients or staff members are alike.  They see different experiences and have different expectations.  Understanding how to identify personas arms us with knowledge on how to deliver exceptional experiences.  This session is designed to explore personas, help you understand them and arm you with tools to deliver estraordinary experiences with not only your clients but also your staff.

PM Session This will be a very interactive workshop - based session.
As managers, you continually are faced with the challenge of initiating the right conversations about the right things with the right people.  How do we focus on "ways of thinking versus prescribing actions" for implementation?  We will use the book "If Disney Ran Your Hospital" as a basis and tool for this discussion.  Finally we will put it all together.  Often, after we attend meetings, we leave with the best intentions on how to implement what we have learned.  In the final hour, we will have an interactive workshop where each individual will take what they have heard today and create an action plan.
