Create a Training Program that Works for you Practice Shelley Johnson, BS, CVPM - Speaker, Consultant, Educator Training needs are different for every practice! We will discuss onboarding training, ongoing training and leader training needs for employee growth, customer care, business management and patient medical/technical advancements within the hospital. With that focus, this interactive session will allow each participant to begin to build a priority listing of the types of training, and respective timelines, to aid in their own Training Program development and implementation. The session will help them to identify internal and external training resources that match the guidelines they create. Leaders- No Matter Who You Are... It Matters Deborah Stone, MBA, Ph.D, CVPM It used to be "practice quality medicine and they will come." Today, the client's perception of value is important in order to nurture existing clients as well as attract new clients. In order to realize peak performance from the team, managers and owners need to demonstrate positive leadership that will facilitate team by-in to help achieve the goals and vision of the Practice. Leadership, however, takes a team as all members of the practice can take the lead. This presentation provides the components of leadership that are necessary to help the Practice team be the "best they can be". |
